Cancellation Policy

All clients who have not already done so will be asked to initial this cancellation policy to confirm they understand my policies and procedures. Thank you for helping me protect myself and run my independent business smoothly, I really do appreciate it!

If you are booking services one hour or over via my online booking, you are required to have a credit card and an initialed cancellation policy form on file before your appointment will be confirmed. Failure to respond to requests for the above information will result in a canceled appointment.

In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before your appointment, you may be charged a $25 fee which will go towards your next appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged up to %100 of the service cost of your appointment depending on how much notice is given, the length of the appointment, and your appointment keeping history. This fee will not go toward future appointments and must be paid before any future appointments will be confirmed.

If you fail to give notice and miss an appointment, you will be charged %100 of the service cost of your appointment. This fee will not go toward future appointments and must be paid before any future appointments will be confirmed.

These policies are not meant to punish people for having emergencies, they are meant to protect me from losing money and from being at work but not getting paid. However I understand things happen, and I will always make every effort to be understanding and work with you and your individual circumstances, please just be communicative!
